Job Title: Registered Manager – Learning Disabilities - Adult Residential 
Salary: £41,000.00 per anum 
Hours: Permanent / Full-time – 40 Hours
Location: Hastings

Our client has a history of over 40 years which has enabled them to expand and grow to allow them to work with schools, hospitals and residential settings.

 

The organisation provide a specialist autism service for large bedded home, easily accessible via major bus routes and motorways connecting to neighbouring towns. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

As the Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the management of the service, ensuring it is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards. Your role will include overseeing leadership & management, regulatory compliance, staff development and financial & operational oversight


Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Registered managerial role within a residential or supported living setting.
  • Candidate must have hold an NVQ level 5 in health and social care (or equivalent)
  • Must have a comprehensive understanding of regulatory standards and compliance protocols.
  • Well-versed in CQC regulations and standards, consistently maintaining high levels of care and compliance.
  • Exceptional decision-making skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and determine effective solutions.
  • Outstanding organisational and communication skills, enabling efficient collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • A flexible approach and a strong "can-do" attitude, demonstrating resilience in dynamic settings.

Working Pattern: 

 

Full Time 40 per week – With on call responsibilities
