Compass Associates are proud to be working with a well-established provider in the Adults Health and Social Care sector who specialise in providing the best possible care for those with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health needs.  

Together we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Manager to join their Residential service in the St Leonards on Sea area to support those with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Complex Health needs. This is a great opportunity to lead a dedicated team and contribute to the well-being and development of the residents in your care.     

Key Responsibilities  

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a small residential home   
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services  
• Lead a team of compassionate professionals  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines  

Location  

This role is based near St Leonards-on-sea and is commutable from Hastings, Bexhill, Eastbourne, Robertsbridge, Royal Tunbridge Wells and Rye. 

Requirements  

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care 
• Management experience within a residential/supported living setting 
• Strong leadership and communication skills  
• Dedication to enhancing the lives of individuals with Learning Disability and Mental Health needs     
• Strong knowledge of compliance
