Circa £43,000 per annum + Bonus

Compass Associates are currently working with an award winning provider within the Health & Social Care Sector, specialising in Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and other complex needs for adults situated in the Swansea region. We are headhunting for the best manager in the area who can maintain high level of care within the service, in an effort to elevate its vision for growth. 

Who are we looking for?      

• QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management / equivalent  
• Experienced manager experience within a residential setting   
• Strong knowledge of compliance
• Background of working with Adult Learning Disabilities and Autism       
• Value driven mindset who is a good communicator
• A Team player, great management skills and a passion for care        
• Clear DBS / CRB            

Location  

The service is situated in the Swansea Area, commutable from Burry Port, Pontardawe, Lanneli, Trimsaran, Llandeilo, Carway and Morriston.

Shift Pattern        

Monday to Friday with on call requirements depending on the needs of the service.
