We are working with a well known care provider that operates a portfolio of modern, high-quality nursing, dementia, and residential services across the UK. They are now seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a beautiful purpose-built home, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care and maintaining outstanding standards across all aspects of service provision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management of a purpose-built care home providing nursing, dementia, and residential care.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing staff team.
  • Ensure CQC compliance and governance frameworks are embedded from the outset.
  • Drive occupancy, financial performance, and long-term sustainability.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, commissioners, and community stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven track record as a successful Home or Registered Manager in elderly care.
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards).
  • Nurse-qualified (RGN / RMN) desirable but not essential.
  • Demonstrable success in CQC compliance, occupancy growth, and team development.
  • Inspirational leader with excellent communication, organisational, and commercial skills.
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards).
