Registered Manager – Residential Care (Adults with Learning Disabilities & Autism)
Eccles, Greater Manchester
Up to £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Are you an experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to take the lead in an established residential care setting?
Join a highly respected care provider with multiple services across the North West, committed to supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism through exceptional, person-centred care. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a stable, well-run residential service for young adults, working alongside a passionate and experienced senior leadership team that values innovation, safeguarding, and development.
The Role:
You will manage a modern residential home in Eccles that supports 4 young adults with autism and learning disabilities. Opened in 2024, the home is operating smoothly and is awaiting its first CQC inspection.
As the Registered Manager, you will:
Lead and inspire a team of 20+ staff members.
Ensure the service remains compliant with CQC regulations, safeguarding standards, and company policies.
Create and maintain a positive, supportive environment for both staff and residents.
Take full responsibility for day-to-day operations, including staffing, rotas, training, and audits.
Drive a strong culture of safeguarding, quality improvement, and personal development.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a residential care setting.
Strong understanding of CQC standards, Health & Safety, safeguarding, and autism support.
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Level 5 Diploma preferred or willingness to work towards it).
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Passion for person-centred care and team development.
