Compass Associates are working with a national provider of Care & Support to people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Complex Needs and Mental Health, who operate a large portfolio of Residential Care Homes and Supported Living Services across the UK.
We’re recruiting for a Registered Manager to take on an established residential service in Godstone, Surrey. The home can support up to 9 adults with Learning Disabilities, Complex Needs and Autism.
Person Specification:
Applicants will ideally have experience holding a CQC registration for either a residential or supported living services for adults with Learning Disabilities, Complex Needs, Mental Health and/or Autism, however those with Management experience of Supported Living without holding a registration will also be considered and can be supported through the registration process. Applicants must have a their Level 5 or be willing to work towards this.
