Compass Associates are working with a small but growing provider of Care & Support to people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Complex Needs and Mental Health, who operate a number of Supported Living services across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and North London.
To support with further growth, the organisation to recruit a new Registered Manager to work alongside the current Registered Manager, with the view of splitting the CQC Registration and divide the existing supported living services.
Person Specification:
Applicants will ideally have experience holding a CQC registration for either a residential or supported living services for adults with Learning Disabilities, Complex Needs, Mental Health and/or Autism, however those with Management experience of Supported Living without holding a registration will also be considered and can be supported through the registration process. Applicants must have a their Level 5 or be willing to work towards this.

Location:
This role will be hybrid working, splitting time in the services and in the office in Letchworth.
