Registered Manager – Supported Living

up to £36,000 per annum dependant on experience

 

Compass Associates are working in partnership with a supported living service located in Cheshire who are dedicated to providing high-quality personal care for individuals with learning disabilities and autism. They support people who live in their own homes or self-contained flats within the local community, providing them with the independence and respect they deserve. In total, the provide care and support for up to 45 individuals across 6 supported living services.

 

They believe in empowering the people we support, enabling them to live fulfilling, independent lives, and ensuring they have access to their local communities and activities that most people take for granted.

 

The Role:

As a Registered Manager, you will take on a role that offers both challenge and growth. You’ll inspire and lead a team to support individuals to live happy, healthy, and meaningful lives. You’ll be responsible for guiding your team with kindness, ensuring that the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.

 

You’ll have responsibility for a range of key areas including recruitment, retention, budget management, and rota planning. However, the heart of this role is focused on making a real difference to the people we support. You’ll act as a positive role model, leading by example and motivating your team to deliver outstanding care and support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team to provide high-quality care and support
  • Manage all aspects of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained
  • Recruit, retain, and develop staff to create a strong and capable team
  • Oversee budget management, rota planning, and operational aspects of the service
  • Ensure that individuals are supported in line with the guidance “Right Support, Right Care, Right Culture”
  • Foster a culture of respect, dignity, and independence for the people we support
  • Champion a positive and inclusive work culture
