Registered Manager – Supported Living – LD, Autism, Mental Health & Complex Care
Location: Rochdale (covering services in Rochdale, Stockport & Liverpool)
Salary: £40,000 per annum

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (flexible working available)

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Registered Manager to oversee a portfolio of 10 CQC-regulated services across Rochdale, Stockport, and Liverpool. The role is based in Rochdale, where the majority of services are located.

You will lead a team of three Service Managers and be responsible for managing your own diary and travel across sites. This is a strategic, multi-site leadership role with operational oversight, requiring exceptional organisational and communication skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational leadership of 10 services across Rochdale (6), Stockport (2), and Liverpool (2)
  • Line management of 3 Service Managers, with oversight of staff teams delivering high-quality care
  • Ensure compliance with all CQC regulations and quality standards
  • Champion person-centred care for service users with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and complex conditions
  • Manage safeguarding, risk, and incidents across multiple sites
  • Work flexibly and travel regularly to services as required
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve outcomes and promote best practices

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager or multi-site leader in adult social care
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and service delivery standards
  • Background in managing services for individuals with LD, autism, and mental health conditions
  • Excellent leadership, diary management, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel across the North West (travel expenses covered)
