ROLE:
We’re looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse Manager to take the lead at a 16 bedded home supporting older people living with a mental health condition and other associated care needs. In this role, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring the service complies with all regulatory requirements while providing the highest standards of care. You’ll be an integral part of the team, not just managing the service, but also providing hands-on care and working directly with service users. Your ability to ensure that each individual’s needs are met with compassion and respect will be a key part of your role.
As a leader, you’ll set the tone for the team, fostering an environment of empathy, professionalism, and dedication. You’ll lead by example, ensuring your staff is supported and motivated to deliver top-quality care. You’ll also play a vital role in improving service delivery, driving innovation to meet the evolving needs of service users and ensuring they feel valued, respected, and empowered.
