Location: Twerton, Bath
Hours: 38.5 hours per week (Days) 
Salary: £22.25 per hour + paid breaks

Role & Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to the individual needs of residents

• Promote a positive and therapeutic environment for residents with mental health needs

• Administer medication and monitor residents’ health conditions

• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure excellent standards of care

• Provide support and leadership to care staff

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

About You:

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification with valid NMC registration

• Previous experience working in a mental health or elderly care setting is desirable

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Compassionate, patient-focused, and dedicated to high-quality care

This role is based near the Twerton area and is easily commutable from Bath, Bristol, Keynsham, Saltford, Paulton, Radstock, Midsomer Norton, Clutton, and surrounding areas.
