About the Home
This is a well-established nursing home in London, providing compassionate and clinically robust care for over 60 residents. The home is divided into three communities and prides itself on maintaining a supportive and accountable team culture. This is a busy and challenging setting, ideally suited for nurses who are responsive, reliable, and eager to take real ownership of their role.
The Role
We are currently recruiting for three full-time Registered Nurses to join the team. Each position is offered on a 48-hour contract (4 x 12-hour shifts), with paid breaks included. Flexibility is essential, as nurses will need to work across both day and night shifts.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering high standards of clinical care
Performing venipuncture and catheterization
Managing diabetes care with confidence
Leading by example and supporting care staff
Using electronic systems (Person Centred Software and CommScope) for care planning and medication administration
About You
We are seeking experienced and dependable Registered Nurses (NMC PIN required) who are:
Confident in core clinical skills (venipuncture, catheterisation, diabetes care)
Comfortable with using digital care systems
Able to lead and manage within a busy and fast-paced care environment
Ideally experienced in permanent care home roles (agency-only experience will not be considered)
Committed to consistency, with a stable work history (3–4 years in a recent post is ideal)
