The Role
As a Registered Nurse working days, you’ll play a key part in maintaining the home’s reputation for high standards and compassionate care. You’ll oversee the clinical needs of residents, lead care teams, and ensure safe, evidence-based nursing practice at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, effective and person-centred nursing care to residents
Administer medication, maintain accurate care plans and clinical records
Lead, support and mentor care staff to uphold best practice and compliance
Work collaboratively with residents’ families and external professionals
Promote a positive, empowering environment aligned with CQC standards
Candidate Requirements
Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with a valid NMC pin
Minimum of 3 years’ post-registration experience within a care home or similar clinical setting
Strong clinical decision-making skills and a hands-on approach to leadership
Professional, compassionate and committed to continuous improvement
Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
