Job Title: Registered Nurse – Neurological Care
Salary: £14.65 to £16.59 per hour + 30% enhancements for nights and weekends
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Overview:
Compass Associates is currently working with a leading provider in the neurological rehabilitation sector, who is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join their specialist team in Ipswich. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to individuals with neurological conditions, ensuring the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of personalised care in a neurological rehabilitation setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to support service users in their neurological rehabilitation.
- Ensure clinical skills are up-to-date and that evidence-based practices are followed in all aspects of care, particularly in the context of neurological rehabilitation.
- Contribute to the professional development of colleagues by mentoring students and less experienced staff.
- Ensure that care is delivered in line with both internal standards and the latest best practices in neurological rehabilitation.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in accordance with professional and organisational guidelines.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development (CPD) and improvement in neurological rehabilitation.
Essential Qualifications and Requirements:
- NMC Registered Nurse
- Post-registration experience, ideally in neurological rehabilitation or neurological care settings.
- Up-to-date clinical skills and a passion for working with individuals with neurological conditions and brain injuries.
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality care and rehabilitation for individuals in neurological rehabilitation.
- Ability to mentor students and less experienced staff in neurological rehabilitation settings.
- Commitment to continuous professional development (CPD).
- Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check required.
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from £14.65 to £16.59 per hour, depending on experience.
- 30% enhancements for night shifts (8:00 pm to 6:00 am) and weekend shifts (Friday midnight to Sunday midnight).
