About the Role

Compass Associates are proud to be working with a well-established elderly nursing service in Waltham Abbey, supporting them in their search for a Registered Nurse to join the night team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically confident and compassionate Nurse to work within a stable service with a genuinely warm, supportive team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care overnight, supervising care staff, and ensuring residents’ needs are met safely, respectfully, and with dignity.

You will work 36 hours per week on nights, including alternate weekends.

About You

• Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN) with valid NMC Pin

• Previous elderly nursing home experience is highly advantageous

• Confident in medication administration, care planning, and clinical leadership

• Warm, approachable, and committed to delivering person-centred care

Location

This role is based in Waltham Abbey, easily commutable from: Chingford, Enfield, Waltham Cross, Cheshunt, Epping, Loughton, Harlow, Chigwell, Buckhurst Hill and surrounding areas.
