£44,000 (salary negotiable dependent on experience) + Optional Hybrid Working

Full-Time (Monday to Friday)

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, motivated and autonomous individual. Your role will involve leading on investigations for complaints and incidents, identifying trends, preparing for inspections, taking part in governance meetings, in addition to preparing reports and presentations based on data collected from audits etc.

You will report into and be supported by a friendly and experienced Head of Risk and support/ educate other professionals to ensure deadlines are met (e.g nursing audits).

What can you bring?                                  

• Clinical by background within settings such as surgical/ ward nursing, theatres, fertility etc
• Quality and Risk or Clinical Governance or Infection Control experience (required)
• You must be happy to work on-site full-time during probation - hybrid is then available after this period
