Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with one of the UK’s leading health and addictions care providers to recruit for a Residential Addictions Manager. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to lead the development and launch of a brand-new, affordable addiction recovery service in North London.
This will be the first of a series of new residential services offering non-medical, therapeutically led programmes for individuals seeking recovery outside of traditional hospital environments. The Centre – a 16 to 18 bed facility – will be the flagship site.
The Role:
You will work directly with the Managing Director for Residential Addictions to commission and launch the new service. From service design to team recruitment and clinical structure, you will take ownership of the brand new Centre’s operational and therapeutic delivery, ensuring CQC compliance and a strong reputation from day one.
This role will suit an experienced residential service leader who is passionate about creating accessible, high-quality recovery programmes grounded in therapy, structure, and meaningful outcomes.
