The Role
Compass Associates are proud to be working alongside a reputable client. The group are seeking a talented individual to join an elderly care home as a Home Manager. With homes all across the UK, the provider hold an excellent reputation along with a solid senior management structure for continued support.
This role joins a care home providing residential and dementia care to elderly residents. At present, the home is running well with some areas of improvement highlighted, but will be a fantastic setting for an experienced Home Manager to enhance their career.
Candidate
Previous experience as a Home Manager is essential, with the ability to evidence previous successes in the role be that improved occupancy or a history of CQC reports. The successful candidate will be proactive, passionate and keen to lead from the front. They will look to upskill their team and provide open communication for their residents, families and external stakeholders.
Business acumen and an understanding of fee structures will also be important, in order to ensure the service runs viably, along with an aptitude for ensuring care plans are robust and person centred.

The role is commutable from: Birkenhead, Wallasey, Ellesmere Port, Chester, Heswall, Bootle and Liverpool.
