About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and compassionate Residential Home Manager to lead a beautifully presented elderly care service in Kent, supporting residents requiring both residential and dementia care.
The home offers a warm, welcoming, and tranquil setting — thoughtfully designed to promote comfort, dignity, and independence. Surrounded by peaceful gardens and bright communal spaces, it provides a true sense of home, where residents enjoy afternoon tea on the patio, socialising in the conservatory, or relaxing in one of the spacious lounge areas.
The service has an excellent reputation for its high standards of care and long-standing, dedicated team. Staff receive ongoing training in key areas including manual handling, infection control, and first aid — ensuring the very best in safety and quality. The home also benefits from strong professional links with local GPs, district nurses, and other healthcare partners, ensuring residents receive holistic and responsive care.
