Are you an experienced Children's Home Manager or Deputy Manager?  

Are you experienced with, or have a passion for therapy-led care and a trauma informed approach?

Are you a passionate about making a positive and lasting difference to children’s lives?

Compass Associates are currently working with a large and established provider of Children's Residential Care in the UK. The organisation works with local authorities to provide support to the most vulnerable children, offering a unique end to end care solution, focusing on helping children heal from past traumas and create opportunities for the future. Underpinned by a aiming to create bespoke and therapeutic approaches, tailored to each individual child’s needs.

 

We are looking for a Children's Home Manager or a strong Deputy who is ready to step up to take on the day to day management and Ofsted Registration for a Children's Residential Home in Robertsbridge, East Sussex. Having recently transitioned its last child, the home is currently closed, therefore this role offers the opportunity to be involved in the re-opening of a home and the chance to build a brand new team.

Location        

Robertsbridge, East Sussex

         

Interview process        

1st stage – Initial screening call with the Assistant Director

2nd stage – Formal interview with the Assistant Director

3rd stage – Final interview with the Director of Residential

         

Criteria        

Essential to have management experience within Children's Residential Services        

Extensive knowledge of Ofsted Regulations and confidently lead Ofsted Inspections.         

You must have a relevant NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management qualification.        

Clear DBS         

Own transport and clean Driver's License
