Position - Registered Nurse (Nights) | Elderly Nursing Home:                          

Salary - Up to £22.25ph (DOE)      

Extra information - Paid breaks, additional learning opportunities, 10% extra per hour working over contacted hours, £1.00 staff meals.           

Location - Cheshire            

Full Time / Permanent / 38.5 hours per week: Week 1 = 4 long shifts | Week 2 = 3 long shifts + weekends.

We are currently partnering with a leading healthcare provider to recruit a Registered Nurse for a large, purpose-built nursing home in Handforth. This charming home, with its retro ambiance, is renowned for providing excellent care facilities to its residents. It is registered to provide residential, dementia, and respite care and is equipped with several nursing units.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will join a dedicated team in a friendly and supportive environment, ensuring high-quality care is provided to all residents. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse looking to make a significant impact in a reputable healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding care for residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met
• Oversee care plans and ensure safe medication management
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide individualized care
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain the home's high standards

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in elderly care within a nursing home setting
• A valid NMC pin number
• Strong knowledge of dementia care and residential care
• Compassionate, patient, and able to work effectively under pressure
• A passion for enhancing the quality of life for older adults
