Compass Associates is working with a valued client in their recruitment of a RGN/RMN Regional Support Manager. The client operates a portfolio of luxury elderly care homes across the UK and seeks someone to work closely with the leadership team to support their homes across the London, Home Counties, Kent, Essex and Midlands. This is an exciting time to join an organisation that is recruiting to help strengthen its regional management team due to the growth of the business.
As a Regional Support Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of eight elderly nursing homes and work with the Regional Director to manage the overall performance of the region, leading and supporting the home managers and occasionally stepping in as a Home Manager to cover absence. The role requires someone who can commit to the travel across Essex, Croydon, Kent, London, Hertfordshire, and Midlands. You will need a firm understanding of how to support managers with running commercially successful homes whilst also working alongside the quality team to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have experience working as Regional Support Manager within elderly care homes or have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Home Manager. You will need to show you can demonstrate your ability of running successful elderly homes. Please note that these homes operate in the luxury market that are funded primarily by self funded residents.
Location
This is a regional role covering areas such as Essex, Croydon, Kent, London, Hertfordshire, and Midlands. You will ideally be based around north London to be central to the services.
