They are currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis at their small-sized nursing home in Leeds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the leadership and management of the nursing team.
  • Ensure residents receive the highest standard of care in line with their care plans.
  • Oversee the administration of medication and other clinical tasks.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Mentor and support staff development, including conducting performance appraisals.
  • Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure the best care outcomes for residents.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years experience within an elderly nursing home.
  • Personal Qualities: A compassionate and patient nature with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of elderly residents.
  • Skills: A passion for providing high-quality care and supporting a positive team environment.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work 12-hour shifts (8am - 8pm), including alternate weekends and holidays.
