About the Role:

Compass Associates is proud to partner with an award-winning, highly regarded private hospital in Manchester, offering services to privately paying, insured, and NHS-referred patients. We are seeking an experienced Theatre Practitioner to join their multidisciplinary team and contribute to the safe delivery of surgeries, including:

• Women’s Health
• Orthopaedics
• Urology
• Ophthalmology
• Gynaecology

Essential Requirements:

• RGN or ODP qualification
• NMC or HCPC registration
• NHS or private sector experience (both considered)
• Theatre experience or transferable skills from other clinical areas
• Previous senior-level experience is a plus
• Passion for high-quality patient care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of personal responsibility
• Teamwork and collaboration skills

Location: 

This position is based in Wilmslow, South Manchester, and commutable from Greater Manchester
