Compass Associates is delighted to be working with a prestigious private independent hospital in Hale, Cheshire, as they expand their services with the addition of a new state-of-the-art theatre. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Scrub Theatre Practitioner to join their growing team on a full-time, permanent basis. 

About the Role

As a Scrub Theatre Practitioner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of surgical procedures, providing essential assistance to the surgical team across a variety of specialities, including general surgery, plastics, gynaecology, and orthopaedics. 

This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a collaborative and high-quality care environment, where patient safety and satisfaction are at the forefront. 

Requirements

- RGN or ODP qualified. 

- Active NMC or HCPC pin. 

- Proven scrub experience in one or more of the following specialities: general surgery, plastic surgery, gynaecology, or orthopaedics. 

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities. 

- Experience in either private or NHS settings will be considered.
