Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (experience dependent)

We are now looking for a passionate, skilled, and motivated SENCO to help shape our provision from day one.

Working alongside a committed leadership team, you will play a vital role in establishing outstanding SEND practice from the ground up. Key Responsibilities
As our SENCO, you will be a central part of the school’s leadership and inclusion strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading the strategic development of SEND across the school

Managing all EHCP processes including Annual, Interim, and Emergency reviews

Coordinating the day-to-day SEND provision and interventions
-
Overseeing provision and progress for looked-after pupils

Providing expert advice and support to teaching staff, parents/carers, and external agencies

Advising senior leadership on SEND budgets, resourcing, and staff development

Promoting inclusive practice and enabling full curriculum access for all pupils

Leading targeted interventions and managing associated staffing and resources

Monitoring and quality-assuring SEND teaching and learning

Attending and contributing to PEP meetings and multi-agency reviews
Requirements

A recognised SENDCo qualification
-
QTS or QTLS status

Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence whole-school practice

A passion for inclusive education and improving life chances
-
The ability to work collaboratively with the Headteacher to drive exceptional SEND provision
