Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 and group therapy
Provide clinical supervision to junior therapists (1–2 per month)

Take ownership of a key service area and contribute to operational development
Ensure high standards of documentation and clinical governance
Uphold best practice standards and national guidelines
Represent the therapy team in internal and external communications
Champion a trauma-informed, client-led recovery ethos
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Criteria:
Accreditation with BACP or BABCP
Substantial experience in addiction and recovery services
Skilled in both group facilitation and complex case management
Able to supervise, mentor, and support other therapists
Strong MDT collaboration and interpersonal skills
Commitment to inclusive, evidence-based therapeutic care
Desirable:
Previous experience in a senior or team lead role
Familiarity with trauma-informed care and harm-reduction models
