About the Role
We are partnering with a reputable care home provider with several services throughout the Northeast to find a Senior Care Assistant for a medium-sized residential home in Hartlepool. This full-time, permanent position offers a night shift pattern of 8pm - 8am. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will work closely with the Home Manager, supervising the team to ensure the highest standards of personalised care for residents. A caring, empathetic nature and willingness to help others are key attributes for success in this role.

Key Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (Essential), NVQ Level 3 preferred
• Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant
• Experience in elderly care or a care home setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
