Compass Associates are delighted to be working in partnership with a reputable care home provider that have a number of services throughout the Northeast. They are currently seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join them on a full time permanent basis working nights at their medium sized residential home in Stockton-on-Tees.   

The Candidate

As Senior Care Assistant, you will work nights, supervising the team alongside the Home Manager to ensure they are delivering the highest standards of personalised care to residents. You will have a caring and kind nature with natural empathy and willingness to help others.

This is a full time permanent position. They have nights available with a shift pattern of 8:00pm - 8:00am.

Requirements

NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care (Essential) NVQ 3 preferred

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Previous experience as a senior carer working in elderly care / care home setting
