Compass Associates are excited to be assisting in the search for a Senior MSK Physiotherapist to join our clients friendly team in their private clinic located in Dorchester.

Our client is an independent Physiotherapy Clinic which is increasing its therapy team and is looking for a qualified MSK physiotherapist to help with the growing demand in the clinic. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, and have demonstrated an ability to work independently. This is an opportunity to work in a well-established clinic and a reputable team.

The Candidate                                        

The candidate will need to be an experienced Physiotherapist with a current registration to the HCPC and CSP. You must have a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience working in MSK, ideally in a private clinic environment.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a flexible, proactive approach to delivering first class MSK services. Ongoing training is provided and there are career development opportunities for the right person.

Duties

• Being an autonomous practitioner to manage a caseload of private clients delivering exceptional customer service and high standards of care.
• The opportunity to provide comprehensive treatment plans with consideration of the clinical reasoning to the individual
• Completing notes and insurance reports to a high standard within a timely manner
• Representing the clinic in promoting healthcare and well-being.
• Recognising and promoting other services within the clinic.

Hours

Our client is ideally looking for a full time Physiotherapist. The core hours are Monday to Friday and start / finish times flexible depending on the needs of the successful candidate.
