Compass Associates are excited to be working with a medium nursery provider who are looking for an experienced nursery manager to lead their services in Salisbury. We are looking for candidates who have excellent Nursery Management experience, working within a large nursery setting.
Within this role you will be responsible for the overall running of the service and provide clear frameworks of multi-disciplinary working and will work towards KPI's, budgets and ensure optimum use of resources to work towards financial targets. Management of staff, recruitment, development and performance will also fall within your remit.
Requirements
- Management experience within nurseries
- Budget management
- Outstanding/ Good Ofsted, governance and compliance
- Driving license (Desirable)
Location
The role is based in Salisbury and is commutable from Winchester, Southampton, Bournemouth, Andover and surrounding areas.
