Compass Associates are excited to be working with a small nursery provider who are looking for an experienced Senior nursery manager to lead their large service in Beckenham. We are looking for candidates who have achieved & maintained outstanding Ofsted rating within a medium to large nursery setting.
Within this role you will be responsible for the overall running of the service and provide clear frameworks of multi-disciplinary working and will work towards KPI's, budgets and ensure optimum use of resources to work towards financial targets. Management of staff, recruitment, development and performance will also fall within your remit.
Requirements
- Management experience within nurseries
- Budget management
- Large nursery setting experience
- Outstanding Ofsted, governance and compliance
- Driving license (Desirable)
Location
The role is based in Beckenham and is commutable from Bromley, West Wickham, Crawley, Honor Oak and surrounding areas.
