Compass Associates are excited to be working with a medium sized nursery provider who are looking for a senior nursery manager to lead their large services in Exeter. We are looking for candidates who have experience working within a Nursery Manager capacity.

Within this role you will be responsible for the overall running of the service and provide clear frameworks of multi-disciplinary working and will work towards KPI's, budgets and ensure optimum use of resources to work towards financial targets. Management of staff, recruitment, development and performance will also fall within your remit.                  

Requirements                                  

- Management experience within nurseries                             

- Budget management                          

- Outstanding Ofsted, governance and compliance                         

- Driving license (Desirable)                   

Location                                  

The role is based in Exeter and is commutable from Sidmouth, Exmouth, Torquay and surrounding areas
