Job Title: Senior Nurse – Full Primary Care Training
Location: Prison based in Greater London
Salary: £52,500 + additional benefits
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients within the prison population.
- Provide assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide range of primary care needs.
- Manage and administer medications in line with legal and clinical guidelines.
- Support patients with long-term conditions and promote health education to reduce health inequalities.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to safeguarding protocols.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: Registered Nurse (Adult) with current NMC registration.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience, ideally in acute, primary care or community nursing.
- Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and decision-making abilities, with the resilience to work in a challenging environment. Confidence in one’s ability and decision-making is essential.
- Desirable: Previous experience in secure environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
- British citizenship is essential for this role.
- You must be able to drive.
