Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker – Children's Residential Care
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: £28,496 - £34,800 per annum (including sleep-in allowance)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We are currently recruiting a Senior Residential Support Worker to join one of their Ofsted-regulated children's homes, which provides tailored care for young people aged 7–18 with social, emotional, and behavioural needs. The home operates with a therapeutic approach, offering a structured, safe, and supportive environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting and mentoring young people to achieve their goals and build positive futures
• Leading shifts and supporting junior staff
• Promoting routines, independence, and emotional wellbeing
• Working closely with families, professionals, and education providers
• Ensuring the home remains compliant with safeguarding and care standards
What We're Looking For:
• Experience in a children's residential care setting (essential)
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or working towards it)
• Passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people
• Confident, calm under pressure, and emotionally resilient
• Able to work flexible hours, including sleep-ins
