Our client specialises in the development and operation of luxury retirement communities. An established business who have a portfolio of 9 retirement communities, either in development, awaiting planning or open, with around 900 units and a total sales value c. £900m. This is their Flagship property where properties are sold from 2m to 6m
Our client is seeking an experienced sales professional to join their team as a Senior Sales Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a deep understanding of the local property market in and around Stanmore or St Albans
Responsibilities:
- Generating and qualifying leads for new build properties
- Conducting property tours and presentations for potential buyers
- Negotiating and closing sales deals
- Maintaining relationships with developers and builders to stay informed about new developments
- Staying current on market trends and adjusting sales strategies accordingly
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Providing excellent customer service to clients
- Developing and implementing strategies to grow the business

Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within an property Sales or Elderly related business , retirement living.
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of the new build property market
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
