We are currently searching for a Senior Scrub Nurse or ODP (operating department practitioner) to strengthen a friendly and professional theatre team. This well-established and well-funded private hospital offers surgical services for privately paying, privately insured and NHS referred patients.                           

                             

We are looking for an experienced theatre practitioner with orthopaedic experience to join on a full time permanent basis, and be part of a multi disciplinary team in the safe deliver of surgeries including, Orthopaedics, General, Gynaecology, Day Case / Minor Ops and more! 

This is a VERY exciting opportunity for an individual aiming to become a Surgical First Assistant, as training is provided within the hospital.

Job Requirements:                     

  • RGN or ODP Qualified            
  • NMC or HCPC registration                                                                             
  • NHS or Private Experience - both considered                            
  • Experience working with Orthopaedic surgeries is desired        
  • Previous experience working within a senior capacity will be advantageous             
  • Passion for high quality patient care                                           
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills                                      
  • High sense of personal responsibilities
