Role Overview – Key Surgical Procedures

As a Senior Scrub Practitioner, you will play a vital role in the safe and effective delivery of spinal and neurosurgical procedures, including:

• Decompressions & Microdiscectomy
• ALIF (Anterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion)
• TLIF (Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion)
• XLIF (Extreme Lateral Interbody Fusion)
• Intradural Lesions
• Craniotomies

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse (RGN) or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP)
• Valid NMC or HCPC registration
• Experience in theatres (NHS or Private sector)
• Previous senior-level experience (advantageous but not essential)
• Passionate about high-quality patient care
• Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills
