Compass Associates are working with a national provider of care and support to people with learning disabilities, mental health, autism and other complex needs.
We’re recruiting for a Service Manager to oversee a small residential home in Burnham-on-sea, Somerset. The role will be responsible for all aspects of the daily operations of the services, line management of the staff team and supporting the Registered Manager with CQC regulatory compliance.
Person Specification:
Applicants must have experience in a management role within adult social care, ideally within residential, however supported living experience will also be considered. Extensive experience leading services for adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism, Complex Needs and Challenging Behaviour is essential. Due to the remit of the role, applicants will ideally demonstrate strong people management, sound knowledge of CQC regulations and hold a full UK driving licence.
