Compass Associates are working with a national provider of care and support to people with learning disabilities, mental health, autism and other complex needs.
We’re recruiting for a Service Manager to oversee a cluster of Supported Living homes near Burnham-on-sea, Somerset. The role will be responsible for all aspects of the daily operations of the services, line management of the staff team and supporting the Registered Manager with CQC regulatory compliance.
Person Specification:
Applicants must have experience in a management role within adult social care, ideally within supported living, however residential will also be considered. Extensive experience leading services for adults with Mental Health, Complex Needs, Learning Disabilities and/or Autism is essential. Due to the remit of the role, applicants will ideally demonstrate strong people management, sound knowledge of CQC regulations and hold a full UK driving licence.
