Compass Associates are working with a national provider of Care & Support to people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Complex Needs and Mental Health, who operate a large portfolio of Residential Care Homes and Supported Living Services across the UK.    

We’re recruiting for a Registered Manager to take on 2 brand new supported living developments which will be due to open in the next month or two. Location 1 will consist of 6 self contained apartments and site 2 will consist of 4 self contained apartments. Both sites will support adult with Learning Disabilities, Complex Needs and Autism. 

This is an ideal role for an experienced registered manager to enhance their experience and skills by being involved in the development and launch of 2 brand new services and further develop through multi-site management. 

Person Specification:                                                        

Applicants must have experience holding a CQC registration for either a residential or supported living services for adults with Learning Disabilities, Complex Needs, Mental Health and/or Autism. Applicants must have a their Level 5 or currently working towards this.

Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be organised and able to work with 'lots of spinning plates'. Experience with recruiting staff teams and management of occupancy through referrals and assessments is essential. 

Experience outside of residential and/or supported living for adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, mental health and autism, will not be considered at this time.
