Job Title: Team Leader – Adults Substance Misuse – Outpatient Clinic

Salary: £26,000 - £37,700 per annum

Hours: 37.5 Hours – Mon - Fri

Location: Wandsworth

Setting: Adults - Outpatient Clinic

Summary:

As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in clinical environments.

The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the care sector, demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, and be passionately committed to delivering the highest standard of care and support.

Essential Requirements:

• You must have experience working with people with substance misuse (desired but not essential)
• Previous experience as a Team Leader
• Problem Solving and Decision-Making
• Leadership and Communication Skills
