The Client                                  

Compass Associates are proud to be working with a state-of-the-art hospital, located in Worthing, who are currently in search for an experienced Scrub Nurse to join their team. This multi-speciality Hospital covers a range of day surgeries including Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, General, ENT, Gynaecology and Cosmetics, so we are welcoming applications from all theatre backgrounds.

The Candidate                                  

You will work as part of the highly specialised Theatres team across the three theatres to provide effective, evidence-based and patient focused care.

This is a full-time position consisting of 37.5 hours per week, which has a highly desirable shift pattern which will be worked between Monday-Friday, within the hours of 8am to 7pm. Saturdays are available to work at an enhanced rate. This is a one stage interview process, and we would encourage applicants to apply as soon as possible.

Requirements                               

- RGN or ODP Qualification                                       

- NMC or HCPC Registration   

- Scrub experience covering a range of specialities

- Passion for high quality patient care      

- Motivated and enthusiastic                          

Salary and Package

Location

This hospital is located in Worthing, making it easily commutable from Pulborough, Horsham, Shoreham-by-Sea and Slindon.
