We are seeking a Domiciliary Registered Manager to join our clients team in Bedford, to support their established office in obtaining operational, compliance and business growth excellence. You will be a fundamental pillar in the overall smooth running of the operation and day to day business, working alongside the Franchise Owners and an amazing team of Care Coordinators, Senior Care Givers and Care Givers.

Domiciliary Registered Manager Responsibilities: 

• Identify operational, quality and growth challenges
• Devise and implement comprehensive business action plans
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and aim for a "Good" or higher rating
• Safeguard the health and well being of Clients and Care Givers through effective monitoring, review and reassessment
• Continuously improve processes for top-quality care delivery
• Review recruitment processes to attract, onboard and retain high-quality Care Givers, ensuring strong training, appraisal and professional development programs
• Implement and continuously review robust strategies for quality assurance

Domiciliary Registered Manager Qualifications: 

• NVQ Level 4 or QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care
• Strong knowledge of CQC criteria for Good and Outstanding
• Proven leadership experience in care management
• Full UK/EU driving licence and daily access to a car
• Right to work full-time in the UK

The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven success in managing a healthcare service, showcasing their ability to identify key challenges, develop actionable strategies, and drive operational efficiencies while closely monitoring progress.
