Jon has been employed by Compass Associates since October 2012 and has vast experience of recruiting within the Behavioral Health industry across substance abuse and addictions, mental health & behavioral disorders, eating disorders, ASD / SLD, and neurobehavioral and ABI sub-sectors.

Having progressed through the ranks from Consultant to Head of Development, Jon has been operationally responsible for managing teams of recruiters and generating multiple large accounts through business development activities. He is considered the most trusted, go-to recruitment partner for the behavioural health sector. As Director of Behavioral Health, Jon is now responsible for our US offering based from our US Headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Throughout his tenure, Jon has successfully completed numerous projects across all niche sectors within Behavioral Health, including North American investors operating in the UK, delivering single site assignments such as CEO, COO, CNO, CMO, Director of Nursing, Director of Clinical Services and Clinical Director through to multi-site corporate positions of VP and SVP within operations, quality, development and more.
