Rachel is a Principal Consultant within the award-winning Elderly Care division at Compass Associates. She has over 12 years of recruitment experience, with a special focus on the Elderly Care markets, which makes her a highly knowledgeable expert in her field.

Rachel’s responsibilities include recruiting Home and Senior Management appointments across London, East Anglia, and the Home Counties. Throughout her career at Compass, she has successfully placed over 200 candidates at various levels.
