Compass Associates are proud to have partnered with a valued client to appoint an experienced Director of Sales for a new and highly impressive, luxury 190+ unit Independent Living Community locally to Columbus, Ohio.
My client is a medium sized senior living provider with an excellent reputation spanning multiple States.
This role would ideally suit an innovative and experienced Director of Sales that is passionate about helping senior residents find their perfect home. As the Sales Director, you'll be responsible for achieving maximum occupancy and revenue potential for the community by attracting residents via generating local interest through creative marketing strategies across the local area.

The Candidate
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience with a successful and evidenced track record in a similar capacity, ideally within Senior Housing or Independent / Assisted Living. My Client are looking for a passionate, energetic individual experienced in creative marketing and selling techniques with excellent communication skills and first class levels of customer service.
Requirements
3 Years experience as a Sales Director or similar within Senior Living / Independent Living (Essential).
Evidenced and successful track record of increasing occupancy
Passion for seniors
Excellent customer service skills
Location
The community is based locally to Columbus, OH and is commutable from; Worthington, West Jefferson, Marysville and surrounding areas.
