Compass Associates is the premium contingent recruitment brand at CRS, dedicated purely to the independent health, social care and children’s services & education sectors. The team deliver mid to senior level management appointments on a permanent and interim basis.  

The largest dedicated recruitment offering to the independent markets by headcount, Compass Associates’ team are responsible for facilitating nearly 1000 placements a year across a broad range of the health and care markets. Located across Portsmouth and Manchester offices, consultants can often be found on site visiting our valued clients to ensure a full understanding of the teams they are helping to build, and the environments candidates work in are understood.
