Compass Associates are proud to partner with a highly reputable, luxury senior living provider to appoint an experienced Regional Director of Sales. This leadership role will oversee up to 10 communities across the East and Midwest regions of the United States.
Our client is a well-established, mid-sized organization with a strong presence across multiple states. They are recognized for delivering high-quality services, fostering a collaborative culture, and maintaining a commitment to excellence within Senior Living.
The Role
The Regional Director of Sales will provide strategic sales leadership across a portfolio of 8-10 Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living communities. This individual will drive occupancy growth, revenue performance, and sales team effectiveness while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This position requires a results-oriented leader with a strong understanding of senior living operations, sales strategy, and KPI performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support sales performance across 8-10 Senior Living communities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to increase occupancy
- Drive revenue growth and achieve portfolio-wide targets
- Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvement initiatives
- Coach and mentor community sales teams
- Ensure a high standard of customer engagement and service excellence
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and executive leadership
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Regional Sales leadership role within Senior Living
- Proven track record of increasing occupancy and achieving revenue targets
- Strong analytical and KPI-driven mindset
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with seniors and delivering high-quality service
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region
- Resides locally to an international airport
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $150,000 – $160,000
- Performance Bonus
- On-Target Earnings: $180,000+
