Compass Associates are excited to partner with a respected senior living provider to appoint an experienced Sales Counselor for a lovely and relatively new 150+ unit Independent Living community, located locally to Columbus, OH. This fantastic, 1 & 2 bed apartment community is looking for a dynamic Sales Counselor to drive occupancy and revenue, ensuring that every resident finds a home that best suits their needs.
As the Sales Counselor, you will play a key role administering qualified leads through the sales process to "move-in". Your responsibilities will include outreach within the local community to generate qualified leads, conducting tours and responding to internal enquiries, whilst working closely with the Sales Director.

Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a passionate, results-driven Sales Counselor with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role within senior living or independent living settings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of increasing occupancy and maximizing community revenue, while also demonstrating outstanding customer service and communication skills. Creativity in marketing and an empathetic approach to working with seniors are essential.
Key Requirements:
1+ year of experience in Sales within a Senior Living or Independent Living environment (required).
Proven success in increasing occupancy rates and achieving revenue targets.
Strong passion for working with seniors and delivering exceptional service.
Creative marketing and sales strategies to attract and retain residents.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Location:
The community is located near Columbus, OH and easily accessible from Hilliard, Valleyview, Brookhollow, Dublin, and surrounding areas.
Compensation & Benefits:
This role offers a competitive base salary of $60,000 - $65,000. In addition, the company provides an excellent commission scheme and benefits package.
